The National Debate: ... is it not a tremendous conflict of interest to have Jamie Gorelick, the Asssitant Attorney General under Bill Clinton - on the 9/11 Commission. She [Gorelick] worked directly for Reno and was directly involved in matters that are under review by the 9/11 Commission.
Now it turns out the Gorelick created a policy in the Clinton Justice department that went beyond existing legal requirements to prevent the sharing of information between the FBI and the CIA which had a direct bearing on two of the 9/11 hijackers and the Zacharias Moussoui, the so-called "20th hijacker".
