Sometimes I cook, sometimes I microwave. Tonight I was a bit lazy -- as I was preparing Michelina's Chicken Fried Rice, I took a look at the nutrition information. As you can see if you follow the link, it contains a whopping 950mg of sodium -- an amazing 40% of one's recommended daily dose of salt! Wow: Why not just get a nice salt lick and start working on it? Great way to increase your blood pressure. On the page linked above, it suggests: "Great with either chop sticks or a fork." What, are they kidding? I find it hard to eat Western-style "converted" rices with chopsticks; you need the rice to be just a bit stickier for that approach. All in all, it tasted fine, but I won't be buying it again because of the salt content. Another hard-hitting news expose from Random Observations. ;-) Hello, My client recently purchased a Macaroni & cheese entree of yours' and there were no pasta noodles in the box just the cheese. Is there anyway she can receive something for the INCONVENIENCE for this as she is Disabled and is unable to go to the store and shop for her self. It makes t hard for a person to plan a dinner for herself and only get the topping. Not to good. If you could please let me know and I can pass it on to her as soon as possible. Thank You so Much.
