Does anyone else but me find it more than just a tad creepy that Cindy Sheehan called Bush a dictator and a terrorist, and yet cuddles up with Hugo Chavez, who actually tosses reporters in jail if they say negative things about him?

Does anyone else here find it just a bit scary that she decided, from Caracas, apparently after meeting with Chavez, that she should run for Dianne Feinstein's seat? Makes you wonder if Hugo said he'll back her, and pledged her some support, doesn't it?

Does anyone else also find it just a bit disconcerting that Senator Feinstein suddenly shifted gears and suddenly did exactly what Sheehan was requesting, and that even liberal media outlets like AP are noticing the connection?

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) -- U.S. peace activist Cindy Sheehan.... issued a statement Friday saying her decision to oppose Feinstein would also depend on whether the Democratic senator backed a filibuster of Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito.
