My girlfriend was fast asleep at 8AM yesterday, Saturday morning -- her morning to get caught up on her sleep -- when one of Earthlink's robot phone drones called her. The same thing happened again, much to her annoyance, this morning.

The guy who spoke to her was trying to upsell her on Earthlink's DSL high speed internet access. He came across as rude and condescending, and asked her about a number of personal details which, frankly, were none of his business.

Sounds like Earthlink needs to start losing customers.
